BV was born from the entrepreneurial idea of two brothers; after years in the restaurant business, they arrive in Tuscany exactly during the opening of Poggio all'Agnello, a famous structure on the Etruscan Coast, where they started the management of the La Terrazza restaurant, overlooking on the wonderful swimming pools of the Resort.
From 2011 to 2023 the two brothers at the head of "BV Ristoranti" they manage and renovate numerous structures between Piombino and San Vincenzo, recreating elegant atmospheres among the Etruscan coast.
Today you can discover their world at the Canessa Restaurant, located in the magical Gulf of Baratti; at La Fontana restaurant, the historic meeting place of San Vincenzo, located in the pedestrian promenade in the center; and at La Terrazza Restaurant located inside the beautiful Poggio all'Agnello Resort.
In all three locations you can also enjoy an excellent Artisanal Gelato, coming from their laboratory which was established in 2023.
